Why SERVPRO for Challenges of Mold Removal

SERVPRO of Lodi was called out to remove the mold from the damaged cabinets in this kitchen in Brentwood, California. The countertops were rare and expensive so we were asked by the insurance company if it was possible to remove the damaged cabinets while saving the tops. Stone countertops are often glued into place and can be quite fragile to remove. The entire kitchen was placed under negative containment and the mold was HEPA vacuumed and removed. Supports were installed to keep the countertops secure and in place. The cabinet maker then came back in and replaced the cabinets to keep the kitchen intact.
