Why SERVPRO for Drying Wood Floors?

Imagine heading up to your cabin in the mountains and opening the front door to find the entire place soaked with water. SERVPRO of Lodi was called recently to dry out a home in Copperopolis, California, the customers found a water supply line to a toilet had broken while they were away, the entire 3 stories of the home were flooded. Once the laminate floors that were non salvageable were removed the subfloor needed to be dried down. We installed our new floor drying mats that force hot air down onto the floor which speeds up the drying process. Here you can see the mats in use and then the flooring after everything was dried out.
